What Arta does for our partners

Arta’s system creates packaging recommendations based on object data provided by our clients. Based on the object type, material, size and value we predict the type of packaging and packed size. For multiple purchases, Arta consolidates objects when safe and effective. Arta will send packing recommendations with every booking. Using these packed dimensions Arta can determine shipping rates for common carrier, road freight and air freight.

Using technology to instant calculate these rates, Arta provides quotes to our clients and their buyers for packaging, shipping and insurance when checking out online. No longer flooding your inbox with requests for quotes with low intention of booking, volume coming from Arta will already be paid for. Meaning no collecting or chasing for payments either.

Arta also provides online tracking, status notifications and customer service for every buyer - including on insurance claims.

Collections

Our Collections products digitizes the process of scheduling and managing the collection process. Clients are alerted of upcoming collections and can mark pieces that are not ready for collection so you know exactly what you will be picking up. Since we all know things still can change, everything can be updated in real time on site from your phone or tablet. Immediately sharing this information with Arta and providing timely updates to buyers who are tracking shipments from home.
